SLIM HR10 and HR20 series – Compact and efficient

For applications where space-saving and high efficiency are key, the SLIM HR10 and HR20 relays offer optimal solutions with their ultra-compact 6 mm width, ensuring easy installation and space optimisation.

HR10 Series

High-performance electromechanical relays designed for industrial systems managing multiple low-power loads. They feature a single changeover contact rated at 6 A, with control voltages ranging from 12 to 240 V AC/DC.

HR20 Series

Solid-state relays (SSR) that provide enhanced durability with no moving parts, making them highly resistant to shock, vibration, and capable of handling high switching frequencies. They operate at a control voltage of 24 V DC and support a rated current of 2 A (AC output) or 4 A (DC output).

Both series are available with screw or spring terminal sockets and feature an LED power indicator and a locking clip for easy installation. Parallel busbars further enhance wiring efficiency.

MINIATURE HR30, HR40, and HR50 Series – Compact yet hight-performance

The MINIATURE HR series offers powerful solutions for applications requiring economic yet high-performing relays.

HR30 Series

Available with 1 or 2 changeover contacts, supporting rated currents of 16 A (direct board mounting) or 10 A (when used with a socket). The control voltage ranges from 12 to 48 V DC and 24 to 230 V AC

HR40 Series

Features a transparent casing for easy visual inspection of contact status. It offers one changeover contact (16 A rated current for board mounting, 10 A for socket use) or two changeover contacts (10 A rated current). The control voltage options are 12 to 24 V DC and 24 to 230 V AC .

HR50 Series

Equipped with an LED indicator, a mechanical contact status indicator, and a test actuator. They feature 1 or 2 changeover contacts with rated currents of 16 A (direct board mounting) or 10 A (socket use). Control voltage options range from 12 to 110 V DC and 12 to 230 V AC.

These relays are compatible with screw or spring terminal sockets, and additional accessories such as noise filters, supply busbars, type plates, and sealing jumpers can be integrated for enhanced performance.

INDUSTRIAL HR60 and HR70 Series – Built for longevity and high demand

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the HR60 and HR70 relays boast a long mechanical and electrical lifespan. They come with an LED indicator, mechanical contact status indicator, and a mechanical test actuator.

HR60 Series

Available with either 2 changeover contacts (7 A rated current) or 4 changeover contacts (5 A rated current). Various socket models with screw or spring terminals are available, along with optional noise filters, type plates, and sealing jumpers. The control voltage options are 12 to 48 V DC and 12 to 230 V AC

HR70 Series

Optimised for single-phase motor control, featuring rated current of 10 A and available in 2 changeover contact versions (octal socket) or 3 changeover contact versions (undecal socket), with screw-type terminals. The control voltage options are 24 to 110V DC and 24 to 230 V AC.

The extended range of ATEX-Certified HR80 power relays

Meet the demands of modern refrigeration systems using eco-friendly propane gas (R290) with LOVATO Electric’s expanded HR80 power relays, now boasting ATEX certification for explosive atmospheres. Designed for high-current applications up to 30A, the HR80 relays are available in configurations with 2 NO contacts or 2 changeover contacts, equipped with Faston terminals for secure connections and suitable for screw panel mounting. The extended range now includes versions with control voltages of 110/120VAC and 12VDC, offering greater flexibility for various industrial applications
