Built on experience and customer focus
Having recently completed his first year with LOVATO Electric UK, Justin has already made a strong impact by helping customers identify the right solutions for their businesses.
With over 20 years of sales and account management experience, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service, relationship management, and commercial growth. His approach is centred around understanding customer needs, delivering value, and building long-term partnerships based on trust and performance.
Supporting customers with the right solutions
In his role as East Regional Sales Manager, Justin is responsible for managing and developing customer accounts across the region.
He works closely with customers to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and provide tailored solutions that support their operational goals. By collaborating with
internal teams across sales, logistics, and technical support, Justin ensures projects run smoothly and customers receive a consistently high level of service.
His main objective is simple – help customers access the products and services that genuinely benefit their business.
Delivering complete product solutions
Justin specialises in aligning customer requirements with the right products from across the LOVATO Electric portfolio.
Working alongside the company’s expert technical team, he helps ensure all specifications are met while providing reliable, competitive solutions. Whether it’s control components, switching devices, protection products, or energy management systems, Justin is committed to finding the best fit for each application.
Driving growth through partnership
Business development is also a key part of Justin’s role. He focuses on identifying new opportunities while helping existing customers unlock more value from their relationship with LOVATO Electric UK.
A major part of this success comes through close collaboration with our trusted distribution partners. By working together, Justin helps ensure customers have access to the right products, technical support, stock availability, and responsive service when they need it most. This joined-up approach allows LOVATO Electric UK and its partners to deliver complete solutions that meet project demands efficiently and effectively.
Life outside of work
Away from the workplace, Justin is currently preparing to take on the Trail del Centenario Lovato in Italy alongside colleague Tom Sherriff.
While fitness may not always have been his main priority, since November he has embraced the challenge with determination and commitment. As part of his preparation, he recently completed his first 10km trail run – the Garendon Gallop.

Outside of training, Justin’s greatest priority is family life – spending quality time with his wife and two sons, making memories and enjoying time together.
