In his current role, Tom is responsible for developing and promoting LOVATO Electric’s full energy management portfolio. But for him, it’s about more than just products – it’s about partnerships.

Tom works closely with clients to understand their specific challenges, helping them identify the most effective and efficient solutions. From initial conversations through to project delivery, he’s hands-on throughout, ensuring every solution is tailored and delivers real value.

Whether it’s improving energy efficiency, supporting sustainability goals, or enhancing operational performance, Tom’s focus is always on making a measurable difference.

Built on relationships

A key part of Tom’s role is building strong, long-term relationships. His background in customer-facing environments gives him a natural ability to connect with people, making him a trusted partner for customers and stakeholders alike.

It’s this combination of technical understanding and genuine relationship-building that makes him such a valuable part of the LOVATO team.

Life outside of work

Away from the day job, Tom brings the same energy and commitment to his personal pursuits.

He’s currently preparing to take on the Trail del Centenario Lovato in Italy, alongside colleague Justin – a challenge that reflects both his competitive spirit and team mentality. As part of his training, he recently completed the Birmingham Half Marathon, demonstrating his dedication to endurance and fitness.

Closer to home, Tom is deeply involved in his local community. He plays cricket for Kidderminster, where he also serves as Treasurer, and gives back by coaching local cricket and rugby teams – helping to develop the next generation.
