LOVATO Electric Inc. (USA) is proud to announce two significant leadership updates that mark a new chapter in our continued growth.

Firstly, Terri Walker has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. With over 23 years of dedicated service and a strong track record as General Manager, Terri’s promotion reflects her commitment, experience and deep understanding of our business. Her leadership will continue to be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and supporting sustainable development.

We also extend a warm welcome to Ron Baysinger, who joins us as Chief Operating Officer. Ron brings more than 30 years of experience across the industrial automation sector, having held leadership roles at Phoenix Contact and Automation24. His background spans operations, finance, marketing and leadership, supported by degrees from Purdue and Lawrence Technological University, along with executive training at the University of Wisconsin.
