Information to the parties concerned for the
processing of personal data and relating
approval
In accordance with
Article 13 of Law Decree no 196 of 30 June
2003, with reference to the personal data,
provided by yourself, or acquired during the
performance of our business activities, we
hereby inform you that:
1.
the said data have been collected and
processed for the following purposes:
- the updating /
creation of a database of all natural
persons and legal entities with whom we have
or will have relations linked to our
economic activity;
- commercial,
promotional, marketing, advertising
activities including statistics (by
telephone, mail, fax and email);
2. the processing is
carried out in compliance with and in the
manner provided for by the provisions of
Article 11 of Law Decree 196/03 and shall
include all operations or assortment of
operations provided for by Article 4,
subparagraph 1, letter a) of Law Decree
196/03 necessary for the processing in
question and thereby including the
communication to the subject pursuant to the
subsequent point 5) in addition to the
publishing, in the context detailed at point
7), of the present information sheet; the
data processing is carried out with or
without the support of electronic means
and/or paper.
3.
the conferment of personal data for
the processing mentioned is not compulsory;
4.
the eventual, total or partial
refusal to reply shall make it impossible to
pursue partially or in full the purposes
detailed at point 1);
5.
the personal data relating to the
processing in question, for the purposes
detailed at point 1), may be communicated to
our staff, to our sales network and to
external subjects who might be performing
activities on behalf of our company
(information systems management, transport
and delivery, etc);
6.
in addition to the proprietor and the
officer in charge of the processing as
detailed at point 9), the persons who have
been formally delegated by the above for the
same purposes might acquire knowledge of the
data provided;
7.
the personal data in question shall
not be divulged, unless your position is
that of an agent or distributor, but might
be transferred abroad, even outside the
European Union;
8.
the data subject of the processing in
question is entitled to exercise the rights
pursuant to Article 7 of the Law Decree
196/03; the full text of the Law is included
below.
Article. 7. The right to
access personal data and other rights
1. The person concerned
has the right to obtain confirmation of the
existence or non existence of the personal
data concerning the same, even if not yet
recorded, and the communication of the said
information in an intelligible form.
2. The person concerned
has the right to obtain the following:
a) the source of the
personal data;
b) the purpose and the
means of processing;
c) the logic applied if
the data is processed using electronic
means;
d) the personal
information concerning the proprietor, the
officers in charge and the representatives
nominated in accordance with Article 5,
subparagraph 2;
e) the subjects or
categories of subjects to whom the personal
data might be communicated or who might
acquire knowledge of the same in his/her
position of representative nominated for the
territory of the State, of officer(s) in
charge or of designated person(s).
3. The person concerned
has the right to obtain:
a) the update, the
correction, or the integration of the data,
if of interest to the same;
b) the cancellation, the
transformation into an anonymous form or the
blocking of the data which have been
processed unlawfully in addition to the data
which do not need to be preserved in
relation to the purposes for which the said
data have been collected and subsequently
processed.
c) the certification that
the operations pursuant to letter a) and b)
have been made known, also with regards to
their content, to those to whom the data
have been communicated or published, with
the exception of those cases in which the
said fulfillment becomes either impossible
or requires the employment of means which
are manifestly disproportionate to the
rights protected.
4. The person concerned
has the right to oppose partially or in
full:
a) for legitimate reasons
the processing of data which concern the
same even if the data pertain to the purpose
of the data collection;
b) the processing of
personal data which concern the same for
purposes related either to advertising
materials or direct selling or for the
performance of market research or for
commercial communication.
9.
Lovato Electric S.p.A., in via Don
Emilio Mazza no. 12, 24020 Gorle (Bergamo,
Italy) is the proprietor of the personal
data processing. The officer in charge of
processing is the holder of the function
“Administrative Services Management”
domiciled for this purpose at the offices of
Lovato Electric S.p.A. in via Don Emilio
Mazza no. 12, 24020 Gorle (Bergamo, Italy).

PERSONAL DATA
(pursuant to Articles 23
of the Law Decree N° 196/2003)
I hereby declare that I
have read the attached information sheet and
acquired the information pertaining to
Article 13 of the Law Decree June 30, 2003,
no. 196, and that I am fully and
comprehensively informed about my rights
under Article 7 of the aforementioned Law
Decree.
In particular, I hereby
authorize Lovatoelectric S.p.A. to process
my personal data for the performance of
commercial, promotional, marketing and
advertising activities, including
statistics, by telephone, mail, fax and
email. |
