LIMIT SWITCHES KB AND KM TYPES

The KB and KM types limit switches have been designed to satisfy requirements comprising quick installation, wiring ease, simple setup, modularity, sturdiness and constant reliability.
The body cover has a captive closing screw and is hinged at the bottom and removable.
The innovative locking bayonet mechanism consents to remove and reposition the operating head in the required configuration with no tools.
The heads have axial rotation of 45° angles.
The auxiliary contact blocks are removable assuring remarkable wiring simplicity.
The heads are made of metal while the body housing of self-extinguishing polymer thermoplastic for the KB type or of aluminium-zinc alloy (zama) for the KM types.

LIMIT SWITCHES KC AND KN TYPES

The KC and KN types limit switches have been designed to satisfy requirements comprising quick installation, wiring ease, simple setup, modularity, sturdiness and constant reliability.

PREWIRED METAL LIMIT SWITCHES KP TYPE

The main feature of this new product line is the presence of a connected multicore cable. This consents to offer a limit switch with a very reduced depth of 16mm. The degree of production is quite high and is IP67.
The new prewired limit switches are suitable to detect the position of mobile mechanisms and parts in many operating conditions which can be found in the industrial field. They are particularly ideal when a high protection degree is required, for example on machinery and equipment for outdoor use, such as aerial platforms, etc., or where very compact size is essential, such as operators on hydraulic valves or inaccessible mechanisms.

MICRO SWITCHES KS TYPE

Micro switches are very compact and simple function types of electromechanical limit switches, universally used in many applications, to detect the position of mobile parts, not essentially associated with the safety of machinery.
Micro switches are equipped with a changeover contact switch, configuration with simple three-terminals cut-off: NO, NC and common. There is a variety of operators, ranging from direct action to inverted actions by levers and/or rollers.
They are mainly used on small machinery to regulate the automation of simple mechanisms, such as rotating tables, fork lifts, lift trucks, operators for hydraulic valves or even on machinery equipped with protection shields.
Since the terminals of the electric contacts are easily accessible and not protected, the micro switches must be positioned in a suitable ambient, protected against external agents or equipped with adequate terminal shrouds.

LIMIT SWITCHES T TYPE

The TS-TL types limit switches are designed and manufactured according to European standards for dimensions.
Versions available: snap action and slow break. The insulated housing of the limit switch is made of self-extinguishing thermoplastic giving excellent mechanical stability and is suitable, as a result, for assembly on machinery or installations in the general-purpose industrial field as well as saline environments (for example close by the sea). The housing sturdiness consents to the mounting of limit switches in heavy duty applications. The double-insulated housing of the limit switch warrants and protects internal circuits against shocks or impacts and industrial environments, against accidental ingress of tools and accidental contact. The contacts are dimensioned to ensure self cleaning of the silver-alloy contact surfaces. Contacts of the TL types have direct NC opening operation to prevent sticking or welding.
A rope version is available for emergency operation in accordance with EN 418 standards, complete with all the accessories for correct installation.

LIMIT SWITCHES PLN TYPE

Limit switches of the PLN types are designed for universal application. They feature a wide range of models with several types of operators and many contact combinations. Thus the optimum solution can be implemented for the various installation requirements. Long-term correct and reliable operation is guaranteed thanks to the very straightforward design, generously dimensioned contacts and careful coupling of materials. The metal alloy box and operators made of high strength thermoplastic material ensure sturdiness and reliability under all operating conditions. The limit switches of the PLN types are available in protected version (IP40 protection) or in weather-proof version (IP65 protection); thanks to the use of efficient sealing elements, the latter version is suitable for use in critical ambient conditions. A rope version is available for emergency operation in accordance with EN 418 standards, complete with all the accessories for correct installation.

LIMIT SWITCHES P2L TYPE

The limit switches of the P2L types are an extension of the PLN types, as they have the same mounting and similar operators, but they also have provision for implementing combinations of up to 4 contacts. The internal space for wiring, which also includes an earth (ground) terminal, is especially large. Long-term safe and reliable operation is guaranteed thanks to the very straightforward design, over-dimensioned contacts and careful coupling of materials. The metal alloy box and operators ensure stardiness and reliability under all operating conditions.A rope version is available for emergency operation in accordance with EN 418 standards, complete with all the accessories for correct installation.
