PREWIRED METAL LIMIT SWITCHES KP TYPE

LOVATO Electric extends the K series range of electromechanical limit switches to include new prewired metal types.

The main feature of these new products is the presence of multicore cable already connected to the electrical contacts and firmly fixed to the switch body with resin. This consents to offer a limit switch with a very reduced depth, 16mm versus 30mm of the EN 50047 compliant KB-KM types, and a high degree of protection, IP67. 

Owing to the extensive choice of operating heads, the new prewired limit switches are suitable to detect the position of mobile mechanisms and parts in many operating conditions which can be found in the industrial field. They are particularly ideal when a high protection degree is required, for example on machinery and equipment for outdoor use such as aerial platforms, etc., or where very compact size is essential, such as operators of hydraulic valves, inaccessible mechanisms.
