Supervision flexibility, dynamic performance and low maintenance are the keys that open doors in many industrial applications to AC motor drives. The ranges include: VFS9 single-phase, 0.4kW to 2.2kW (200-240V 50-60Hz); VFS9 three-phase, 0.75kW to 15kW (380-500V 50-60Hz); VFP7 three-phase, 18.5kW to 315kW (380-460V 50-60Hz). |

All the types have sensorless vector control in open loop, autotuning, V/Hz
linear or quadratic control and energy saving or torque boost operating
mode. The features, shared by all, are those of ensuring high torque also
at low motor speed, availing of the capacitor pre-charge circuit, a
complete motor protection package, possibility of access to the DC bus for
direct current power supply and, lastly, of ensuring operation at 50°C
with no derating.
Worthy of special mention for the VFS9 are: - EMC filter (industrial category) already integrated - Integrated dynamic braking - TTL serial interface - Programmable inputs (6 digital and 3 analog) - Programmable outputs (2 relay, 1 transistor and 1 analog). While those for the VFP7 are: - Possibility of vector control also in closed loop - Separate power/auxiliary supply - TTL and RS-485 interfaces - Programmable inputs (8 digital and 4 analog) - Programmable outputs (1 relay, 2 transistor and 2 analog). In addition, both models have supplementary functions for specific applications, such as pumps, fans, cranes and elevators as well as multiple parameter sets for more than one motor control. |
