| New position and safety switches, KB and KM series, dimensions to EN 50047 | |

LOVATO Electric presents their new series of position and safety switches, which implement new modularity principles up to now never applied to this type of equipment, providing major usage practicability and operation flexibility. The series, KB in plastic body, and KM in metal body, are equipped with a wide range of interchangeable operating heads, totally made of exceptionally robust metal. The operating head fixing to the body consists of a bayonet sort of mechanism, which consents to remove and reposition the head, without any need for special tools. The elimination of the traditional screws is also timesaving, especially during the device installation. The auxiliary contact blocks, supplied with opened screws, can be removed from the body to simplify cabling. |
| Up to three different contact configurations are available and configured with direct NC contact opening for both the snap and slow action versions. Cable entry is standard supplied with a M20 metric thread, as prescribed by recent international EN 50262 standards; types with PG13.5 thread are available on request. Limit switches can be purchased as complete equipment or else as single separate components, comprising the operating head, body complete with contacts as well as contact blocks, permitting, in this way, to tailor and optimise stock management. | |
