The new
miniaturised contactors of the BG series made by LOVATO ELECTRIC, meet the requirements
of IEC/EN Std. 60947-4-1 and are cULus certified.
Three versions have been designed with Screw, Faston and PCB-solder
terminations
The
same frame size for the models with direct current coil and alternating current coil
the low comsumption rates and highly conductive auxiliary contacts are the highlights of the whole
range.
For applications where the contactor is
interfaced with electronic devices with control outputs with limited performance levels
(e.g. PLC), a version with DC coil with very low comsumption is also
available.
Power
models are available in size from 6-9-12A in AC3 at 400V, with
three-pole, four-pole
versions (4NO or 2NO+2NC main poles), and control relay (4NO, 3NO+1NC, 2NO+2NC).
The accessories include: add-on block with 2 or 4 auxiliary contacts,
quick-connect surge suppressor, mechanical interlock and rigid connections for making reversing
and changeover contactor assemblies, power connection for fastening on SM1
circuit breakers..
The
range is completed with a series of pre-assembled reversing and
changeover contactor assemblies.
Model
BGR: two contactors, with screw terminals, complete with external
mechanical interlock, power connections (for inverting the phases),
auxiliary connections (for making the electrical interlock). Further
auxiliary contacts and surge suppressor may be added.
Model
BGT : two contactors, with screw terminals, complete with built-in
mechanical interlock and only power connections (the device is more
compact in size). Further auxiliary contacts and surge
suppressor may be added.
Model
BGTS: two contactors, with PCB pins, complete with built-in mechanical
interlock. The connections for reversing the phases are to be made on
the printed circuit board.
A
changeover assembly is also available composed of two four-pole
contactorsmechanically interlocked
for the changeover of supply lines.
